Court of Protection Solicitor
A Court of Protection/Healthcare Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, international law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Court of Protection/Healthcare Solicitor to join their market leading team.
You will undertake complex Court of Protection, medical treatment and mental health work for a wide range of public and private sector health and social care clients, including the NHS. There may also be the opportunity to get involved in Inquests and also mental health law.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with solid Court of Protection/Healthcare experience; experience of Mental Health or Inquests would also be an advantage but this is by no means essential.
