A top 50 city law firm are seeking a property paralegal to manage the sale of upmarket apartments and houses for top tier clients on a rolling 6 month contract.

The Firm

The firm boasts an impressive client base and works with some of the most well-known and high profile developers and iconic projects.

They are known for giving their property paralegals a high level of responsibility and having supportive associates and partners.

A number of their property paralegals go on to train with the firm.

The Role

A fast paced role, the successful property paralegal can look forward to managing conveyancing sales files from start to finish and manage exchange and completion deadlines. You can also look forward to drafting correspondence to the client and the solicitors on the buyers side.

The Requirements

The firm is open to applications from property paralegals with a range of experience. Some property experience is required, but the firm is very flexible to if this is gained from a city firm, a regional firm or a local high street firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property paralegal with experience across the whole conveyancing process who wants to springboard their career in a city firm.

The role will initially be remote, however it will be London based long term, so you must be based in London or willing to relocate.
