Court of Protection paralegal required by a growing national law firm at their Birmingham City Centre office. Working closely with the solicitors, you will be supporting on a range of matters and managing your own caseload of matters with little supervision. Please note, you must already have experience working within court of protection.

Description

As a Court of Protection Paralegal you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of court of protection matters, which can include applications for statutory wills and lifetime gifting. Other responsibilities will include supporting the wider team with their cases as and when required. You will also be responsible for preparing an filing documentation, notes and various correspondence.

Profile

The successful Court of Protection Paralegal will have a minimum of 6 months experience working on court of protection matters. You will have great communication and management skills and will be able to work to strict deadlines.
