Corporate/Asset Management Paralegal

One of our leading crypto focused, FS clients is looking for an experienced, transactional paralegal (either corporate, banking, asset management or PE) to join their rapidly growing team.

By way of background, the organisation represents one of the largest in its field, working across liquidity provision and risk management strategy across their trading and investment arms.

This role in particular is to sit within the legal team and act on a variety of transactional and occasionally regulatory matters as they arise, with an excellent opportunity for exposure to trainee level work.

Potential applicants must have at least two years' experience working as a transactional paralegal within a recognised asset manager or practice.
