Exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a leading regional firm. You'll ideally be between 2-5 PQE and have experience of a mixed corporate caseload.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle a mixed caseload of corporate transactions, including M&As and SPAs.
- Actively participate in business development to support the growth and sustainability of the corporate department
- Support the partners with high value, complex transactions
