This leading regional law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its dispute resolution department, based in its Leeds office.
You will be joining a well-established corporate and commercial law firm with several offices across Yorkshire. This Department is recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading team in the region.
The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally 3 years' PQE and above, with experience in property litigation, business-to-business disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions and shareholder disputes.
There is an existing caseload for you to manage, covering the full spectrum of Commercial Litigation. This leading department covers disputes including, but not limited to, consumer/retail, contractual, construction, probate, professional negligence, property, shareholder and more.
