Company/Commercial Lawyer

JOB TITLE: Company/Commercial Lawyer – Part-Time - Wiltshire - Flexible working
PQE: 4+
LOCATION: Wiltshire
SALARY: Market rate, dependent on experience

THE ROLE: Our client, a successful mid-sized and growing law firm are looking for an enthusiastic experienced company/commercial lawyer. Ideally, they are looking for someone who wants to work for a total of three days a week. That can either be three fixed days or spread throughout the working week.
THE CANDIDATE:
• at least 4 years’ solid experience of non-contentious commercial work in private practice
• great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
• good organisational, time management and IT skills
• the ability to multi-task under pressure
• a keen eye for detail
• the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
• excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
• a history of strong billing
• a desire and the ability to help in the growth of our commercial work
