The Role

NQ to 3 PQE Employment Solicitor to join Tier 1, Top 100 team.

In a role both advisory and contentious, and almost exclusively Respondent, you'll have a national presence and support numerous household names and FTSE 250 businesses on domestic and international matters.

With a varied diet of work, ranging from drafting contracts and policies to assisting on live Employment Tribunal cases, you'll work towards being made an Associate from the onset.

Across three offices, the 7 Partners lead a team that's consistently ranked by Chambers and the Legal 500 for excellence, offering the highest level of expertise in the region.

The team works across departments to provide a full-service within Tech, Energy, Manufacturing, Finance and Real Estate, whilst working in the public sector.

The Requirements

  • Employment law experience, be it in a current role or during training
  • Ideally, respondent background
  • Keen to build longstanding client relationship
  • Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
  • Willingness to continually progress to Associate
