The Role:
-As a technical conveyancer you will be dealing with a small number of files whilst supporting the wider team with any technical issues
-Cover fee earner absences
-Deal with title investigations and reports
-Deal with technical titles/conveyancing queries
Requirements:
-A Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a Residential Conveyancer will be considered
-Previous experience in dealing with the full remit of conveyancing transactions is essential
