A friendly high street firm, with a busy residential conveyancing department in Farnham, is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification to join the team on a part-time basis.
The role is working alongside the Head of Residential managing a caseload of; sales & purchases (leasehold & freehold), remortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations, and ideally some equity release work. This role has legal secretarial support.
This is a great Surrey-based opportunity for someone who is local and enjoys working in a close-knit team.
