Our client is a well-known, multi-national organisation. They are well-funded, own numerous subsidiaries and are going through a growth phase.
They are seeking to appoint a Legal Operations Manager to be the lead advisor on the operations of the international legal team.

Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for managing all projects, initiatives, system, and general legal administration of the Law Department. You will have responsibility for:
- deploying and managing all systems used by the Law Department (e.g., matter tracking system, legal entity management system, billing system, archiving system etc.)
- managing department-wide legal projects and initiatives (e.g., creating and maintaining law library, data base of contracts and other standard templates etc.)
- managing engagements of law firms and review and payment of invoices
- coordinating projects and matters involving the GC among other responsibilities.
Applicants must fit the following profile:
- Law firm background
- Business fluent English and Arabic
- Circa 8-12 years of experience in executive management with a regional or international or large corporation, or other sophisticated business organisation.
- Relevant experience in project & matter management and progress tracking
- Knowledge and experience in financial aspects, audit, procurement, invoicing, and quality control
- Experience in office management and administration including drafting complex documents, implementing, and managing an archiving system and invoice tracking
- Experience of working with key external stakeholders and institutions at a senior level including government agencies.
- Ability to work independently with directional guidance and minimal supervision.
