NEW – this City and UK national practice has announced this NQ+ vacancy which represents an excellent opportunity to join this market-leading B&F team in the City.

The team prides itself on their ability to offer clear, jargon-free advice, and they have had a very positive and busy last 12 months. They advise across the full range of both domestic and cross-border financing work, including leveraged, real estate, structured, Islamic and receivables. They also advise on restructuring existing facilities. Clients span both the lender and borrower relationship, and include the major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds and family offices.

It is a Partner-led service and as a junior lawyer within the team you will receive exceptional support and supervision, working for and learning from some of the most experienced and highly rated Banking and Finance lawyers in the UK.

This is an opening that could suit a strong and highly ambitious NQ at the start of their career or a Banking Solicitor already at the 2-3yrs PQE stage who is now looking for a better platform for the next key stage in their career progression and development.
