Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss Solicitor - London

Catastrophic Injury Solicitor - The London office of this highly regarded national firm is looking to hire a solicitor to assist one of the lead lawyers on a varied caseload of complex large loss cases and catastrophic injury matters. They are looking to attract candidates with a real passion for this area of law and a genuine interest in grappling with high-value cases.

Role and responsibilities

  • Job title: Solicitor
  • Location: London
  • Salary: £Competitive
  • Reports to: Partner
  • Previous Experience: Either a solicitor or legal executive with experience in catastrophic injury or multi track work. The team is also prepared to look at candidates with a more general personal injury background who want to take the step up to handling catastrophic injury matters.

Working directly with lead Partner

Although an established team, this is still a department which is growing quickly and offers fantastic prospects for progression. Furthermore, the structure of the team means that the successful candidate will be working directly with the lead Partner and other experienced solicitors within the catastrophic injury team.

Clients include major insurance houses and what makes this role particularly attractive, is the opportunity to gain genuine exposure and deal directly with the client and build key relationships as a result.

Down-to-earth culture and supportive working environment

At this stage in your career, training is crucial. The team puts real emphasis on supporting the less experienced members of the team, so they gain a range of exposure assisting on a broad range of matters as well as being given the opportunity to develop your own caseload and responsibility for matters.

This is an excellent opportunity and a great way to build your career in catastrophic injury and large loss.
