Fantastic opportunity for a Professional Negligence Solicitor to work for this Top 50 national law firm with offices across the UK. This role is to be based in Liverpool city centre however there is also the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy flexibility in your role.
You will be expected to represent insurer clients across a number of sectors including; accountants, engineers, architects & surveyors, solicitors, independent financial advisors and brokers, as well as other more niche areas of insurance. Your caseload will consist of broad mix of matters & values however you will also be expected to work with Partners on any multi-track & complex matters. You will be expected to handle files from start to finish and you must be competent at dealing with litigation, ideally you will have previously handled your own fully litigated caseload.
There are clear pathways to progress within the department & firm, with staff regularly provided avenues to further develop their career. You will also have a supportive environment and have close contact & relationships with you client base. Salary will be based on experience however there is an attractive corporate benefits package that will be offered, as well as a paperless environment and modern IT system, with the opportunity to work remotely.
