Residential Property Lawyer - Our client, a small but modern and highly regarded, multi-disciplined firm based on the South coast have asked us to find them a further Property Lawyer to join them. This is a great opportunity due to the flexible working arrangement they offer.
About the Role
They are now looking for a candidate with a wide-ranging knowledge in residential property transactions and ideally some experience in commercial property as well. They can offer support and training in developing the successful candidates experience in the area of commercial property, however a basic understanding is needed.
Candidate Requirements
The position would suit someone with at least 2 years relevant experience and who can work with minimal supervision. You will need an excellent client facing manner, be comfortable in developing further business and be willing to help members of the team as and when they need it.
