THE FIRM
Our client is a leading UK and international law firm which provides high quality legal advice tailored to both businesses and individuals.
THE ROLES
Within a busy corporate team which specialises in lower mid-market M&A and ECM with a focus on the technology, real estate, private wealth and retail sectors.
Clients include HNWI entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, investors and PLCs.
The team is frequently engaged on investment matters, fund-raisings and exits and has a strong international focus.
ABOUT YOU
Two associates in the junior to mid-level range are sought ideally with 1-4 PQE.
The work is a good mix including M&A, investment/shareholders' agreements, ECM and general corporate work.
You will be capable of taking ownership of tasks involved, project manage more junior members and support other teams on transactional work, liaising with clients directly.
It is worth noting that the firm operates an agile working policy with 50% home based and 50% office based working.
