Head of Residential Conveyancing - West Sussex
Long established law firm with a solid reputation within West Sussex is seeking to recruit a Head of Conveyancing.
This is a busy team and handles the full range of conveyancing matters and has a team of established and competent fee earners.
They are seeking to recruit an experienced FILEx or Solicitor that will be responsible for day to day running of the team that consists of fee earners and support staff whilst also managing your own caseload and assisting with business development and marketing.
Ideally, you will be a qualified lawyer with 5 PQE gained within a busy team and proven ability managing staff and dealing with operational issues.
