A rare opportunity to join a leading big brand Credit Fund with offices in New York and London. Our client is one of the world's most respected and recognizable alternative asset managers in the market that manages over $20 billion in assets globally.
They are in search of a lawyer to lead their CLO and private performing credit business reporting to the global GC.
The ideal lawyer would have a structured finance, CLO launch and structuring experience as they launch several CLOs across Europe and the US every year. Understanding of Risk Retention regulations, securitisation, IMA and SMA experience also of benefit.
The role is the holistic lawyer for all the needs of the CLO and performing credit business which represents the most profitable and largest business line of the firm and as such the role has huge scope for growth.
