My clients are looking to recruit a junior costs draftsperson in Liverpool.
They handle a wide variety of costs work for a number of legal teams within the business and deal with Court of Protection, clinical negligence, actions against the police, inquests/inquiries and civil litigation/PI
1) Must be proficient/accustomed to drafting inter-partes bills and using drafting software. Prior knowledge of Costs Master would be preferred but if they have used other software such as I-Draft we can work with that!
2) Must have good attention to detail and a strong critical faculty.
3) Must have fantastic client care and communication skills.
4) Must enjoy working as part of a team.
5) Must have some experience of turning work around to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines and financial targets.
6) Some working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the ability to apply the same in practice.
Some experience of costs budgeting would also be distinct advantage.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
