Commercial Contracts Paralegal (6 month FTC) - Remote

Your new company

This company are leaders in their area of expertise and looking to appoint a paralegal with previous experience of dealing with commercial contracts to join them on a 6 month fixed-term contract. The organisation has won a number of awards in recent years and is based within West Yorkshire.

Your new role

The role will involve assisting the business with commercial contract matters and will involve working with and under the supervision of an experienced solicitor. A major part of this role will include reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including introductory agreements as well assisting on other legal matters as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• ESSENTIAL: Prior experience in working with commercial contracts.
• The ability to work independently and part of a broader team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
• An ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
