Private Client Solicitor, NQ, London – An outstanding opportunity to join a leading City firm, handling top quality private client work for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. 

JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: NQ - up to 2 years
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £60 - 65,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This leading team provides specialist legal advice on the whole spectrum of private and business issues, helping clients to preserve and transmit their family assets and wealth (advising on trusts, Wills, probate and tax). You will be expected to work across all areas of private client work, including drafting wills and trust deeds, administration of trusts and estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax planning, taxation of trusts (onshore and offshore) and tax planning for individuals coming to and leaving the UK.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will be enthusiastic and motivated with a proven aptitude for private client work. You should be able to demonstrate good private client experience in particular with high net worth clients as well as experience of advising clients with offshore interests. Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third party relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business are all essential.
