Residential Conveyancer
North Birmingham | Up to £35,000 per year
A Residential Conveyancer is required for a fantastic opportunity just north of Birmingham with a well-regarded high street law firm. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, specialist property law department within an established high street law firm known for delivering a high-quality legal service.
Your New Role
The successful Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team and manage a full and varied caseload of around 70/80 files including:
- Sales & purchases.
- Re-mortgages.
- Transfers of equity.
- Right to buy.
About You
Applications are invited from technically strong Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience managing a caseload from start to finish.
You will be looking for an opportunity to utilise your technical skills and progress your careers in a supportive working environment.
Salary & Benefits
In return you will be offered £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits.
