The Role:
- Varied, interesting and high value work
- Mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, including many
family businesses.
- Multi sector clients handling work involving share sales and purchases and business asset sales and purchases, private equity transactions including management buyouts and buy-ins,
acting for equity providers, management teams or targets.
- Corporate structures, partnerships and LLPs, cross border joint
ventures, corporate reorganisations relative to groups of companies and asset management for high net
worth individuals.

The Candidate:
- 0-3 PQE
- Strong technical skills
