The successful candidate will be LPC qualified with a minimum of two years' transactional paralegal experience within a London legal firm. This will be a challenging role working in a relatively small and close-knit team, allowing the paralegal to gain a high level of responsibility and undertake tasks including drafting fund documents, preparing company searches, liaising with Offshore Counsel and preparing Bibles.
