A highly reputable Shropshire based law firm is seeking to recruit a litigation solicitor to join their team. This supportive, friendly, and flexible team are looking for a litigation solicitor, NQ – 2 years’ PQE, to undertake a caseload of general civil litigation with some focus on property litigation matters.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of an experienced team consisting of a head of department, two other fee earners and support staff. To be considered you must be able to hit the ground running with the ability to act in a variety of small claims and fast track claims with minimal supervision, although support from the team is always on hand. You will be expected to demonstrate experience in handling litigated matters from inception through to settlement and court experience is preferable but not essential.
This role is based in the firms Telford office. The firm can offer the litigation solicitor flexible working and/or part-time working for the right candidate. There will be some support on offer. This is a great opportunity for a litigation solicitor seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive law firm.
