A firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months is looking for a Corporate Associate to join their team in Birmingham.
With a strong international presence, this firm benefits from a great reputation that has supported them in gaining high profile, national and international clients across a wide variety of private and public sectors as well as private equity funders, financial institutions, public bodies and management teams. This growing team is going from strength to strength and are developing some great long term client relationships that you will have the opportunity to get involved with. Their Birmingham office is centrally located with great transport links and parking nearby, and their agile working policy allows for great flexibility in order maintain a solid work-life balance.
As a Corporate Associate, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Run and support a case load of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint ventures, as well as ECM work
- Support the business development within the team
- Confidently work off own initiative and hold strong presentation and client handling skills
