Conveyancing Technician - Fareham
Long established law firm with a busy and reputable conveyancing team is seeking an additional assistant to join their busy conveyancing team.
The role will involve providing support with all manner of residential conveyancing files and reporting on all aspects from pre-exchange to include title, checking and reports on Freehold, Leasehold Contract, Plot Purchases and Shared Ownership, reporting on mortgage offers, file checking and preparation for exchange. You will also be expected to deal with problems that arise and deal directly with clients and solicitors
Ideally, you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer that is used to running and managing a full caseload of residential transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
