This is an exceptional opportunity for a Private Client NQ solicitor with a proven aptitude to join a highly successful team with a genuine opportunity for career progression.
The successful candidate will be expected to work across all areas of private client work, including:
- Drafting wills and trust deeds;
- Administration of trusts and estates;
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Advance Decisions;
- Inheritance tax planning;
- Taxation of trusts (onshore and offshore);
- Tax planning for individuals coming to and leaving the UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in private client work and ideally experience of high net worth private clients; the ability to deal with multiple matters at any one time and will be expected quickly to become an integral part of an established and highly regarded team.
