The Role

2+ PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join Top 100 firm in support of clean energy projects

With one of the UK most awarded Real Estate teams, you'll manage a varied caseload of matter derived from continued clean energy projects, including but not limited to on and off-shore wind and solar, hydro, and geothermal.

Involved in drafting option agreements and leases, along with undertaking due diligence, supporting the financing and all other areas of work, you'll be hands-on with some of the leading projects ongoing within the market, all the while building relationships with key industry players

The team takes pride in longstanding partnerships with clients; this will be reflected in your way of working and your client-orientated approach.

You will move quickly within a successful team, being at the forefront of the sector nationally; the level of long-term opportunity and reward from this is truly unique.

Requirements

  • Circa 2 PQE within Real Estate
  • Ideally, previous Energy experience, though not essential
  • Willingness to progress within the team
  • Passion for your work, and building relationships
