SALARY: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

THE ROLE:
Are you an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Lawyer seeking the next step within your career? Well this established and reputable practice is keen to expand their commercial property team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Commercial Property Lawyer. You will be handling your own caseload of matters and be well versed in all types of commercial property related matters including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, and disposals and also some property finance matters.
This is an exciting chance to use your existing knowledge and build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm would like to speak to you if you have recently qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a flare for Commercial Property law. Applications are also welcomed from Commercial Property Lawyers with up to 3 years PQE. You will have handled your own caseload in a previous role, prior experience of client interaction is essential. As the team work very closely you will have a proven ability to take an adaptive approach to work and offer support across the department.
