The Client/ Role
Our client, which has a specialist real estate / property litigation practice is looking to recruit a specialist property litigation lawyer to work on a caseload of real estate/ property litigation matters.
This firm’s property litigation team work on a wide range of property / real estate litigation matters relating to both residential and commercial property, including:
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters
- Possession Claims
- Forfeiture
- Business Lease Renewals
- Insolvency related disputes
- Dilapidations
- Breaches of Covenants
- Enforcement of breaches of terms
- Rent reviews
- Easement, party wall and neighbour disputes
- Variety of other commercial and residential property/ real estate disputes.
There is also the opportunity to get involved in networking and business development.
