The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate Associate 3+ PQE to join their outstanding and progressive Central London practice.

The senior members/directors have vast wealth and knowledge of all areas of law and use their experiences to help train and progress their staff.

The Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work and houses a wealth of expertise. The broad range of work makes for a more exciting role, including; M & A's advising clients on buying and selling companies/businesses, Joint Ventures, Stock market listings (IPO's), and handling more complex matters.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 3+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be able comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
