Property Litigation Solicitor Liverpool or Manchester- This highly-respected real estate litigation team is looking to hire a property litigator who they can grow and develop with the team. They are looking for talented litigators with either a property or commercial litigation background and solid academics.

- Previous experience: Strong academics are necessary as are a thorough understanding of black letter litigation law. Our client is looking for real commercial thinkers and problem solvers with a passion for dispute resolution.
Range of candidates considered including Newly Qualified solicitors
This is a vacancy for an 0-3 PQE solicitor, though PQE is only ever given as a guide. As such, the successful applicant will be expected to support a more experienced Associate and Partner. That said, the role also offers scope to the candidate to build their own caseload under supervision when required. The nature of the team is always to encourage junior lawyers to find their independence as soon as possible, but only when they feel comfortable.
Range of clients and exposure to work
The team is regularly instructed on a myriad of different matters from commercial landlord and tenant disputes to dilapidations, nuisance claims and recovery of rent arrears.
You will be expected to support the more experienced members of the team with everything from research to preparing trial bundles. Members of the team are also encouraged to get involved in business development whatever their level of PQE.
