Environmental, Regulatory & Planning Lawyer

The Environment and Planning team is integral to this superb City law firm’s Real Estate and Climate Change Practices and specialises in planning, environment, climate change, energy and utilities regulation with a focus on property development, energy and utilities projects and transactions.

Sectors include oil and gas, renewables, water, ports and airports alongside the more traditional environmental and health and safety issues, advising on climate change matters (including ESG and emissions trading) and environmental disputes.

The team is looking to hire a mid-level lawyer with a background in environment energy, regulatory and planning work, likely gained at a City Firm, or at an overseas common law practice with a similar highly regarded profile.
