Senior Real Estate Paralegal - 100% Remote

Our client is an innovative legal platform who operate a marketplace between SMEs and expert lawyers, using software and data science to match the right client with the best lawyers. They are on-line legal service with a clear Tech focus on their working methods. They now have a requirement for an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. This exceptional and rare opportunity will be performed 100% remotely.

The role will entail working as a 'Team Leader', being the first point of contact for other paralegals and Consultants on the platform. Specifically, the client is looking for extensive experience in dealing with the vast majority of the following tasks:

• Land registry and other property searches
• SDLT submissions
• Submitting AP1 & TR1's and dealing with OS1s
• Checking title deeds
• Liaising with search providers
• Contacting management companies & lenders
• Managing through commercial property transactions
• Completion statements
• Checking company registration certificates,
• Land registry requisitions.

The role will roughly entail working on an 80/20 split on Commercial Property and Residential Property work respectively. Litigation experience would also be useful, but this is not essential. However, excellent academics (min: 2:1 LLB from a Top University and LPC), and communicative skills at all levels is essential.

As our client is heavily involved with Tech/AI, it is imperative that applicants have solid IT skills, and are quick to adapt to new technology. Full training will be provided on the relevant software used by the client.

As this role is based 100% based remotely, applicants need not necessarily be based in London. Candidates with the above profile based anywhere in the UK are strongly encouraged to apply.

Although our client does not offer training contracts, there is definitely opportunity for career progression into managerial positions in due course for the right candidate.
