The Role

You will be part of a highly regarded Family department. The team are friendly and everyone helps each other so a there's a real team ethos and drive.

You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of solely childcare matters both in legal aid and privately funded to include guardian work, parenting agreements, consent orders, child arrangement orders, prohibited step orders and specific issue orders.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Childcare Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• On the Children's panel or working towards
• You should have first-class communication skills
