Residential Property Lawyer, 12 month FTC, NQ-1PQE - London

We are working closely with a Top 50 International Firm who are keen to secure an NQ-1 PQE lawyer on a 12 month FTC for their Private Property/Residential Property Team. The role is to cover an individual on leave. Whilst the contract is for an initial 12 months, there is potential for the contract to be extended.

The team works with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families from the UK and overseas, private UK and international banks and private investment companies, advising on property transactions, security and investments.

Their expertise covers buying and selling of UK residential and investment property; leasehold enfranchisement; property consultancy such as portfolio management, lettings and disposals; landed estates and country houses; international clients purchasing UK property; farms and agriculture; equine properties and rural estate management.

The successful individual can expect to provide expert and excellent legal advice to clients; managing a substantial and varied workload efficiently with the appropriate supervision.

Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• If an NQ - A residential property seat during their training contract at a City, International, West End or Top Tier Regional firm
• If up to 1 PQE - post qualification experience in handling a full and varied residential property caseload within a ranked team at a City, International, West End or Top Tier Regional firm
• Have a genuine interest in providing outstanding legal advice to a range of private property clients
• Exposure to working with High Net Worth and/or Ultra High Net Worth clients
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• The drive and enthusiasm to committing to a 12 month fixed term contract with a fantastic firm

This contract provides a unique opportunity for an NQ-1 PQE level lawyer to further develop their Private Property/Residential Property career within a Top 50 International firm.
