Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancing opportunity?
The Role:
My client, a respected Legal 500 law firm, is currently looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team to deal with matters for a range of clients who are held on a retainer basis. This will include looking after a range of queries relating to Employment and HR, such as Employment Contracts and Disciplinaries.
Joining a team with growth plans in place, this is a great opportunity for somebody looking for career development. While you will be working to monthly and annual targets, the firm encourage a health work/life balance, giving the candidate autonomy on how targets are reached.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will have between 1-3 years PQE and a background within Employment law and be able to demonstrate self-sufficiency in managing your own files. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with strong personal skills, letting you build on existing relationships as well as developing new ones.
Package:
* Salary to be based on experience, up to £45,000
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and Birthday
