A fantastic Corporate Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer role with a global practice

Our client, an elite, global law firm, are looking for a real estate professional support lawyer to joint their team in this newly created role.

The team work on high end corporate real estate transactions, including real estate finance, corporate M&A and private equity transactions.

The role is ideal for an experienced corporate real estate lawyer who has either held a PSL role, or is looking to transition out of fee earning into a role that offers an interesting work load with a work/life balance.

The ideal candidate would have the following:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE
- A strong corporate real estate background from either a US or top 20 firm
- A positive, innovate approach to their work.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Legal updates
- Training
- New joiner training (upon joining as part of induction week)
- Development and maintenance of the firm's Real Estate online database
- Market events
- Business development
- Knowhow / templates / practice notes

This is a standalone role, so the successful candidate will need to have genuine gravitas and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Salary is dependent upon experience, but is anticipated to be between £135K-£145K
