This long-standing London City firm is looking to recruit a 3-5PQE Solicitor for their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
The team deals with a broad range of disputes and has significant expertise in resolving complex commercial issues.
The role will comprise a mixture of general commercial litigation work, including commercial contract disputes, insolvency disputes, professional negligence claims, regulatory, criminal / inquest / inquiry and civil fraud work.
The successful candidate will be running and managing their own files, delegating to trainees and paralegals as appropriate.
The role will involve High Court and County Court Litigation as well as mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution; drafting documents and assisting in managing the dispute resolution process.
The successful candidate will have: -
- at least 3 years’ PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor;
- a strong academic background;
- previous experience in the High Court.
