Residential Conveyancer , Portsmouth
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, ideally qualified as a solicitor , legal executive or a CLC with upwards of 1-2 years PQE.
My client is a busy high street firm where you will handle your own caseload of sales and purchase matters , re-mortgaging matters, transfers of equity, lease extensions, the drafting of declarations of trusts, joint ownership advice and more complex property arrangements.
In this role you will be happy to liaise with estate agents and other referrers, working to your client's deadlines and giving the best possible levels of service.
The firm are part of the law society's quality conveyancing scheme.
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the local Hampshire conveyancing scene and perhaps have client relationships of your own.
The firm are performing well for conveyancing and you'll find a close knit, motivated team here.
Salary to negotiation based on previous experience but realistically a ceiling of £33,000.
