Corporate Solicitor - 1-3 years PQE - Hertfordshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading firm who are looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving team.

The ideal candidate will be technically able and commercially minded, and have 1-3 years PQE, although newly qualified Solicitors with relevant pre-qualification experience will be considered.

The role will be a mixed case load of corporate work to include M&A work, Joint Ventures, Finance and Investment (non-listed) and partnership advice, as well as commercial work to include contracts, e-commerce, framework agreements, sale of goods and services, agency, distribution and outsourcing. You will be working alongside senior solicitors and partners and be supported by a collegiate, talented team.
