JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ to 2 years

THE ROLE:
You will be joining this Corporate law team that has established a great reputation for its work nationally. Based from its Leeds office you will be advising major corporations, SMEs and public sector bodies locally and across the country. You will have your own caseload and can expect to be working on mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity deals amongst other matters. This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and you can expect to be given all the support and training that is appropriate to your experience level.

THE CANDIDATE:
This is an excellent opportunity for recently qualified Solicitors to join a busy and supportive team. You will have up to around 2 years’ PQE in Corporate law gained in another leading regional or national law firm. Newly qualified Solicitors who have spent at least 1 seat of their training contract within the Corporate team and are keen to specialise in this area of law are encouraged to apply. You will be able to demonstrate negotiation and commercial awareness and have the ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
