Finance Lawyer

Expansion of the business at this well-known high street bank has led to the need for an additional lawyer to join the corporate and investment banking legal team. With a high volume of new deals coming through you will support on structured, project and trade finance as well as fund financing and TMT financing, some acquisition finance and leveraged buyouts. Most agreements are bilateral loans, often lending to PE funds and come through from the international offices around the world.

We are looking for someone very familiar with the LMA, ideally from a top law firm with good training. This is a mid-level role around the 4 to 5 PQE level. It would suit someone who is happy to jump in and not frightened of doing something new.
