Costs Lawyer - SURREY TO £££
Fantastic opportunity at this premier Surrey firm for a costs lawyer to join the team and deal with Bills of Costs; N260s; Budgets; Detailed Assessments; schedules and submissions for Arbitration proceedings for both Claimant and Defendant clients. You will be attending court hearings and undertaking your own advocacy and will be involved in arbitration, maritime, complex and high value claims. Ideally you will also have experience if drafting New Format Bill of Costs, advising on retainers and Part 36 provisions/offers. This position could also potentially be based in London.
