The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their Manchester office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

You will be a team player with strong communication and networking skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
• Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of corporate law
• Excellent academic and professional qualifications
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
