A well-regarded London Council is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their large, friendly team on a locum basis.

This assignment will be conducted remotely and will begin on a 4 month contract with a view to extend long-term on a rolling basis.

My client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a busy caseload of commercial and residential matters, including regeneration. While public sector experience is preferable, they are also willing to consider applicants from private practice.

The successful Property Lawyer will handle a variety of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Leases
  • Licenses
  • Open space land
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Compulsory purchase orders (CPO)

This is an unmissable opportunity to take on engaging work and continue your professional development within a welcoming and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, focussed and can handle a caseload with minimal supervision.

On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working patterns. You may work part-time, such as 4 days per week, if this suits your lifestyle.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
