Upcoming requirement for a Housing Lawyer to join a friendly London council on a locum basis.
This locum assignment will begin on a 3 month contract with the potential to extend. You will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. Due to the urgent nature of this role, we can only consider applicants who are available immediately or on very short notice.
Our client is seeking a Housing Lawyer who can hit the ground running in their busy and dynamic team. The successful Housing Lawyer will be personable, confident and proactive.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Disrepair claims
- Possession claims (ASB, rent arrears, unlawful occupation)
- Homelessness
- Closure Orders
- Injunctions
- Advocacy on behalf of the council
We are keen to hear from qualified Housing Lawyers from both public sector and private practice backgrounds, of all levels of experience.
