Excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a friendly London Borough Council on a locum contract.
This team don't recruit often to don't miss out on this chance to join them!
The locum assignment is expected to be at least 3 months with the view to extend further. You will be working remotely for the forseeable future and may be required to attend the office once a week once covid-19 restrictions ease.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be joining a welcoming team within a well-respected local authority. The council prides itself on its excellent reputation for legal work and its attitude towards staff wellbeing.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Settlement agreements
- Case management
- Preliminary hearings
- General advice
- Education law (optional)
- Data protection (optional)
