A client who we work very closely with has instructed us on a new build shared ownership conveyancing paralegal role.
This is a great opportunity for somebody to come in at paralegal level and gain instant exposure to handling their own caseload of new build plot sales acting for the purchaser.
This firm have multiple offices now throughout the West Midlands. This position would be to work in their Edgbaston office in a large team. As a new build shared ownership paralegal, you will be handling your own plot sales files being sold under the shared ownership scheme. The team has roughly around 60 new files a month that would be split with another fee earner, and you will have access to administrative support.
This is a great opportunity to gain access to a national referrer with room to grow and develop your caseload. As such the role can offer progression prospects in terms of position and salary.
To be considered you must have at least 12 months’ experience in plot sales/new build matters. You must be confident to hit the ground running with your own small caseload although supervision and support will be on hand.
